Our small group HIIT classes offer a fun, affordable way to train with the guidance of a personal trainer while enjoying the support of a friendly, encouraging group who look after each other and always manage to have a laugh.

With a wide timetable designed to suit even the busiest schedules, clients can choose from quick, effective 30-minute sessions that deliver maximum results in minimal time, with the option of 3 classes per week or unlimited access to fit their lifestyle.

Each member also receives an easy-to-follow macro plan to support their goals, along with regular check-ins and accountability delivered through our app, where they can track progress, stay motivated, and stay connected with their coach and the community.
